Lois Elaine Freeman, age 88, of Huntington Beach, California passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Lois was born September 17, 1932 in Fargo, North Dakota. She moved to Westminster in 1945 and attended Huntington Beach High School. Lois was married at the age of 19 to Rocky Freeman, who passed in 2006.
She is survived by her daughter Jeri Macres, grandson Christopher Macres, great-granddaughter Lilia Macres, son Jon Freeman (DiAnn Freeman), grandson Ian Freeman and granddaughter LeAnn Freeman. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter Joy Macres.
Lois was a longtime resident of Huntington Beach, California, where she participated in many town hall meetings to improve the integrity of Huntington Beach. She retired from Orange Coast College District as secretary for the construction of building.
She is laid to rest at Westminster Memorial Park in Westminster, California.
