Bill was the best brother you could ever hope for.
I have great memories of our childhood family holidays - Bill was an excellent companion.

Bill was an adventurous and entertaining older brother. In spite of his final illness he retained his generous, courteous and considerate manners all his life. 
He enjoyed many escapades in his teens and twenties and loved his world wide cruises and the memories of his life as a steward on ships with the P & O.
He was a very protective brother and generous with his affection, time and family gifts and treats. Growing up, he could always be relied on for company and entertainment. We cycled, played tennis, cricket, board games and chess, shared laughter and fun. He was a collector of injuries, stamps and coins.
Fearless, quirky, amusing and charming he endeared himself to others and leaves behind very many, fond memories of our family life and holidays together. 
He has 4 siblings, 3 nephews, 1 niece, 11 great nieces and nephews and many cousins, saddened by his loss, but filled with happy memories of a fun-loving, happy and generous soul.
Special thanks to our sister, Melanie, for taking him into her home, looking after him and keeping him safe for many years and to the kind and caring staff at Youville residence.
Rest in peace, dear Bill, and take my love and prayers with you. Dearest love to you from all the family across the water in England - we will remember you with fondness and great affection, now and always
