Sondra (Sandy) Woodcox, born in Logan, Utah on September 11th, 1947 to Fern Goodsell-Greene (Mother) and Lowell Greene (Father). Then on the tragic day of September 6th 2022, Sandy left us to be reunited with her late husband Joe E. Woodcox (09/13/1995-11/14/2017) and beloved son Kip Joe Woodcox (07/26/1965-6/14/2001) and her beautiful fur babies; Hot Rod and Dipstick.
Sandy is survived by her daughter; Shirel Woodcox, her grandsons; Cody Michael Woodcox (wife Joanna Woodcox) and Kasey Joe Woodcox as well as her great grandsons; Boston Joe Woodcox and Kash J Woodcox. Her beloved younger sister Joie Greene-Anderton, and her older sister Sherien Darley and husband Ralph Darley. As well as, friends that became family Robert Fesko and Kamra Thomas.
Sandy was a thrill seeker and an avid racer. She was always up for mischief. She knew everything there was to know about classic cars and drag racing. She was well-known and a deeply loved friend to all in the “classic car” community and will be missed immensely.
Sandy was an animal lover and animals loved her as well. Her tender heart would set ease to even the unruliest animal. She had a deep love for cats and would adopt a cat in need, one that needed that extra bit of love and a safe loving home.
Gardening and keeping a pristine yard was Sandy's specialty. We all will forever remember sitting on her bench in the front yard, surrounded by beautiful flowers with all different kinds of birds chirping around, because she was also a mother of hundreds of birds.
Sandy was avid collector of antiques and Coca-Cola memorabilia. She enjoyed spending her time at auctions and could spot a priceless piece from a mile away. She had an eye and love for “classics”.
Most of all, she loved spending time with all her family. Especially, her daughter, grandsons and great-grandsons. Sandy always organized the best family get-togethers and made sure to spoil all of us. Whether it be a traditional holiday or a birthday. Sandy made sure to bring the family together and create beautiful, priceless memories.
