Farrell Alvin Bartschi

He was a long standing member and served as president for the Utah Chapter of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

He was an avid gardener and loved the hard work it took to take care of a garden almost as much as he loved the vegetables, except the beets!

He enjoyed traveling with family and friends, most recently visiting the Grand Canyon.

When he saw his grandchildren and great-grandchildren he would light up.

The love and patience he had with all was immeasurable. He didn’t find a person he couldn’t be friendly with and was always willing to help.

Preceded in death by his first Wife: Bettie Wigand; Grandson: Chad Davis; Parents; 3 Brothers; and 3 Sisters.

Surviving relatives include his Wife: Karren; Daughter: Kim Dixon; Grandson: Jeremy Davis; Brother: Sherman (Ritva); 17 Grandchildren; and 38 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held October 11, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. with a viewing from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the Harvest Park Ward located at 3671 Oldham Street, West Valley City, Utah.
