Annette Elizabeth Harris

She was born to Vee and Leatha Colby on October 4, 1940 in Magna, Utah. On May 17, 2008, Annie married her best friend, Ron Harris and they cherished fourteen happy years together. She spent her younger days caring for her four kids, being the “fun aunt” to her nieces and nephews, and later in life treasured the time she spent taking her grandchildren out shopping, teaching them arts and crafts, and having sleepovers. In her spare time, Annie loved playing with her cats, sipping a coke, spending time in the yard, and you could often find her speeding to the nearest taco restaurant. She was adamant about keeping a tidy house and was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed sewing clothes for her kids and making dresses for friends and family.

Annie was active in her faith as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, served a mission in Arkansas and spent years working for the Church and making lifelong friends.

She is survived by her husband, Ron, three of her children Rod, Travis, and Skip, two sisters Barbara and Bonnie, sixteen grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Vee and Leatha and son Kerry.
