She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene Serraes, her daughter Denise Goode, her son Glen, and grandson Michael.
She is survived by her children Andrea, Gina, Matthew (Carole), Martin (Sheila), William (Geri), Mary (Bill Obermeier), 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and three sisters Shirley, Kathlyn, and Judy.
Norrene was a registered nurse. She trained and graduated from St. Mary’s Hospital Nursing Program in 1953. Married to Eugene Serraes in 1956 and raised 8 children. She was a devoted mother and grandmother until her death. Norrene was kind and loving and a devout Catholic who exhibited her faith daily.
Funeral services for Norrene Serraes will be held on Friday December 15, 2023, at St. Juliana Catholic Church, 4500 S. Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach 33405. Visitation at 10:00 AM with Mass to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery Royal Palm Beach.
