Lillian Robinson was born and raised in Newark, NJ, November 5, 1930 to the late Ethel Miller and Theodore Easter. Tootie was her nickname to some. She was the devoted wife to the late Herman Robinson. Together they had ten children: Cecilia(deceased), Judith, Lewis, Herman, Joseph, Dellanora, Matthew, Ethel, Edith and Luke.
She was full of energy and loved watching children; not only her own, but grandchildren, great grand children, nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends and other family members. She was the "Queen" babysitter for many, in her early years. The one who everyone could depend on.
Although she had challenging health issues in her later years, she was a fighter and fought a good fight with the help and assistance of her devoted daughter, Ethel and her loving family.
She leaves behind many cherished memories for her children, family, and friends, and loved ones, along with her two wonderful sisters-in-law, Ella Street and Loretta Smith, as well as sons and daughters-in-law. She was truly a beacon of light; loved her relationship with God and patiently waited to be called by the Lord. She will surely be missed.
