We went to 176 together. I will never forget your smile or your laugh. You were the nicest girl ever!

Despite the distance between us, Candice and I were always close.  We had many great times, particularly all the family adventures and vacations throughout the years.  He cooking was on point.  Thank you Candice for all the fantastic memories. You will be missed but your spirit lives on in all of us.  

Candice, you were such a humble and gentle spirit. Always greeted me with your beautiful smile and a gentle hug. Be in peace until we meet again. 

As the Lord says “Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matt 11:28-30)

From the day I met you, I simply called you "Candy Apple", for you were sweet, loving and beautiful to me. Every moment I saw you I was graced to be in your presence.  It was so good hearing and talking to you recently. May God bless you as He welcomes you home in His loving kingdom. Until I see you again, rest well my sister.  

Recently, I read an anonymous quote that reminded me of Candice:

"There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone the light remains."  

I will always remember Candice, especially because it’s hard to forget someone who gave you so much to remember.  I love you forever Candice ❤️

Well Candice, if ever a soul could manifest the light of Christ, radiate the beauty within and remind us all how to persevere  through a storm with gratitude and grace...it is you. 
I am not one easily impressed or indeed in awe of another‘s strength. But, whenever I met you, that is exactly how I felt. 
Such a beautiful and peaceful butterfly. And  unbeknownst to you, you had that impact on so many who had the good fortune of having their path cross with yours.
A  humble spirit that kept you heads and shoulders above the rest.
Now that you have ran your race, and departed from your earthly form, although filled with sorrow, I feel a sense of comfort knowing that you ran for Him. 
No mater what it looked like, you ran.
