He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Linda, his children, Robin and Diana (Itzhak Tzvi), his grandchildren, Yosef, Hananel, and Hodaya, and his niece, Kylie Renner.
Arnold was a former insurance company executive and most recently President of AIG Loss Control Services, Inc. He began his career at PPG Industries in Pittsburgh, PA, after receiving a BA and a BS in Engineering from Columbia University and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. After a number of years in glass research, Arnold was appointed a Presidential Interchange Executive and relocated to Washington, DC, where he worked for the US Department of Energy. He later rejoined private industry, working for CIGNA in Risk Management.
Arnold loved opera, history, puzzles and advanced mathematics. He was an active participating member of his community, Temple Beth David. He will be greatly missed by his community, family and friends.
