I thank God every day for the 49 1/2 years of marriage, together we made our family tree grow. We had many good times together and some tough ones but we always found a way to make it through. Life is going to be different without you now that God has called you home to meet with our loved ones.
The most difficult thing is going home and not hearing your voice call my name, I still catch myself rushing home thinking you're calling me. In my saddest moment, I opened your phone and noticed you left me a note, it gave me peace of mind knowing you're still with me. Thank you for putting a smile on my face and for always thinking of me.
Husband, one of my best memories about us is when we renewed our wedding vows in Vegas, you had to make it perfect, you even brought Elvis to be the officiant and you made sure that our closest family members were there to join us. Thank you for making it special, I will never forget that day. I'm going to miss you sitting there playing cards and dominos and I am really going to miss those nights when you would talk about your life stories especially when you were up in the mountains. We shared many memories, too many to tell, but I will cherish them forever and you will always be in my heart. ❤
