Jose enjoyed being at the ranch, listening to music and going out dancing. He loved spending time with his family.
Jose is survived by his wife, Leticia Coronado Alaniz, his children; Jesus A. Alanis (Mariela Alanis), Jose Manuel Alanis (Cruzemma Alanis), Eloisa Alanis, Pedro Ramirez Jr, Alex Ramirez, Elida Ibarra, Erika Ramirez Cantu, daughter in law Sylvia Ramirez, his grandchildren; Lucero Alanis, Jesus A. Alanis Jr, Jose A. Alanis, Ximena M. Alanis, Javiel A. Alanis, Alexandro Melendez, Anayli Melendez, his 3 sisters and 1 brother.
Jose was preceded in death by his son David Ramirez.
A visitation for Jose will be held Monday, May 15, 2023 at 3:30 PM til Tuesday, May 16, 2023. A rosary will occur Monday, May 15, 2023 at 7:00 PM. A chapel service will occur Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel Highland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596. A burial will occur Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Park, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596.
