Jeannette Marie Guidry

Jeannette was born to Edias and Bernice Broussard on Dec 5, 1936 in Lacassine, LA yet lived the majority of her life in Hayes area.

Jeannette was a member of the St. John Marie Vianney Catholic Church Ladies Alter Society, Where she spent countless hours working every year in the "Hamburger" booth for the church bazaar's.

Jeannette was known for the love she had for her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her three sons: David (Patricia) Guidry, Ricky (Beth) Guidry, and Eric (Julie) Guidry, a brother; Rodney Broussard and her grandchildren' Shannon, Michael, Courtney, Cody, Ashley, Alyse and Brooke; and by numerous nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She was welcomed into Heaven by her husband of 60 years, Elmer Wade and her daughter Lisa Ann, a grandson; Devin Guidry, a great-grandson Wade Lucas Gaspard, and her parents.

The family will have a private graveside service at Lacassine Cemetery. Services will be led by Father Roland Vaughn on Thursday, May 7, 2020.
