Ron is survived by his parents Norbert and Joye Hardaway; his wife Pamela Hardaway; daughter Sarah Hardaway; his brother Randy Hardaway and wife Rhonda; his sister Kathy Mistretta; his sister Michelle Collins and husband Andrew; his nephews and nieces Anthony, Amanda, Gareth, Madeleine, Lauren, and Hadyn; step-sons Shawn Card and Joe Hulsey; grandchildren; great-nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Ron was born on February 4, 1969 in Houston, Texas. After graduating from South Houston High School, Ron went to work in the pipeline industry. He was a dedicated employee of TEAM Industrial Services for over 20 years and resided in Victoria, Texas. Even with his strong work ethic, he always found time to spend with family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman, taking his nephews under his guidance and teaching them how to hunt and fish. He enjoyed cooking and creating new recipes. Ron’s culinary creations were always a staple at any family gathering or holiday meal.
A visitation with the family will be held Monday, February 16, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home in Webster, Texas. The Celebration of Ron’s Life will begin at 12:20 p.m. with interment to follow in Forest Park East Cemetery. Following the interment, the family will be hosted by Easthaven Baptist Church at 13100 Beamer Rd. in Houston, Texas.

Ron, your spirit was larger than this life and your heart fashioned from gold. Your memory will forever live in our hearts and we will always love and miss you. Until we meet again.
