Patricia Audas Hunt

Patricia “Pat” Audas (Johnson) Hunt was born November 11, 1935 in Waldron, Arkansas to Ben and Grace Johnson. Pat lived an incredible, beautiful life and went home to be with Jesus and loved ones who preceded her, on September 29, 2023.

Pat is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Charles Hunt and her two children, daughter Tricia Lepard, and son Michael and wife Earon Hunt. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren - Meghan Lepard, Chase Hunt, Tyler Hunt, Garrett and wife Kailyn Hunt, Landon Hunt, and great-granddaughter Mary Grace Hunt. As well as in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her family, Pat had numerous honorary children and grandchildren who looked up to her with much admiration and love, and whom she loved in return.

After high school, she moved to Arizona. Charles followed her and they were married June 22, 1956 in Tucson. Later they moved to Houston where they planted their roots and started their family. She worked as secretary for a few years, and then became a stay at home mom.

Her life was centered around her family. She coached her daughter’s softball teams, and was a player agent for Sagemont Beverly Hills baseball program. She babysat for a multitude of children as well as all her grandchildren leaving a lasting impression on them.

Pat and Charles were longtime members of Meadowbrook Baptist Church, and current members of Sagemont Church.

Pat treated everyone with love, kindness, and respect. She never met a stranger. She always saw the good in people and people saw her for the angel that she was.

She was a beloved wife, mom, Mema, and the best cook. She will be remembered as a source of joy and love. We will carry her memory in our hearts forever.

Visitation will be held at 9 am, followed by the funeral service at 10 am, and interment will be at 11:30 am on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at Forest Park East, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas.
