Francisca C. Ruiz, 83, of South Houston, Texas passed away April 4, 2011. She was born October 4, 1927 in Panuco, Vera Cruz, Mexico to Hermann Capetillo and Maria Rodriguez. Francisca is survived by her two sons, Natividad Ruiz & Antonio Ruiz; three daughters, Dominga Gomez, Irma Licona & Yolanda Huerta; sister, Sylvestra Rodriguez; 21 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
