

She was born to parents Eleno & Feliciana Saldana January 11,1931 Brownsville, Texas. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.
For many years she lived in Texas City and worked as a caregiver for Infants and Toddlers where she was employed by Texas City Daycare. She was a hardworking woman throughout her life and she provided for her family in many ways. She enjoyed crafting, gardening, reading and cooking for her family. May 29th, 1977 she gave her life to Christ and was baptized. Through the years she was very active in church serving in many positions such as La Union Femenil, the Choir, Assistant Treasurer, Sunday School Secretary, Sunday School Teacher for Toddlers and always assisting in anyway needed, she was a faithful servant with a strong faith in the Lord.
She lived a fulfilled life with purpose and meaning. She was a kind, loving and giving person. She left a lasting impression in all those she knew.
Luke 1:45….”Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill His promises to her!”
Estela is preceded in death by her oldest daughter Margie, son John Wayne, her only brother Eliseo, her grandsons Jonathan Michael Pedraza, Lucio C. Martinez, stepson’s Manuel Jr and Robert Ybarra.
She is survived by her daughter’s Mary Ellen Graybill, Sylvia Ybarra Pedraza and stepchildren Gilbert, Ruben Ybarra and Evelyn Ybarra-Perez.
She leaves behind; Ten Grandchildren, Twenty Great Great Grandchildren, Ten Great Great Great grandchildren as well as step grandchildren.
Estela was a loving Matriarch of her family and will be missed immensely. Her legacy of love and dedication will live on through her family.
The family thanks Relatives and friends for their prayers and kind actions of loving support.
John 16:22….So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.
