Beverly JOANNE Dann, 90, of Webster, TX passed away on December 11, 2024. She was born in Gaston, IN on April 6, 1934, to Denzil and Ruth Harris. She was a graduate of Byrd High School and Ayers School of Business in Shreveport, LA. She was an executive legal secretary for Vinson & Elkins law firm where she retired in 1998. Joanne was a Docent for the Bishop Palace in Galveston, TX and a faithful member of First United Methodist Church in League City, TX.
She was a unique and caring individual who touched the lives of everyone that knew her. Joanne loved golf, Equestrian horseback riding, square dancing, Mahjong, and playing card games like Bridge and Canasta.
She was preceded in death her parents Ruth and Denzil Harris, sons James and Donald Duncan, and husband Bob Dann.
Joanne is survived by her sister Janet Brocato many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and many friends.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 2:00 pm.
