It was today, the day after Christmas that I just was made aware of your Dad's passing by Jeff Gass. It saddens me greatly to know of this as he has been on my mind often lately. As you may not know I worked for your Dad for 5 yrs, 1968 thru 1972. He was a great mentor in my HVAC sales career, a teacher of principles, ethics and honesty. It was his teachings that allowed me to start my own business which continued for 19 years. I wanted to call him, talk to him and thank him for all that he made possible for me and my family. I regret not making that phone call to him longer ago and no longer have the chance to thank him. I know it is late, but please accept my deepest sympathies. I respected your father greatly. I know that he is in the Kingdom of God and there will be a time when I will see him again.

Bob and Nancy Waites were a beautiful couple.  My staff and I had the honor of serving them at Missouri Athletic Club-West.  Bob served his club as a Board of Governor and was a joy to work with, especially when we had HVAC needs.  Please know that your entire family is in my thoughts and prayers.     Dave Miller

I was so saddened to learn of your dad's passing.  Both of your parents were dear to me and to my family, from the early days on Linwood right on  through to recent times; I especially appreciate what good friends your parents were to my mom over the years.  As for your dad, his smile, his voice, his laugh, the stories he loved to tell, and his easy hospitality will remain treasured memories of my childhood.  I am thankful to have known him, and you and your families have my heartfelt sympathy at his passing.

Only knew Bob for a short time as a member of a Bible study group and found him to be a wonderful friend and a fine gentleman. I admired him greatly and will miss his wonderful spirit.

Bob was an active and valued member of the MAC . He was great to be with as was Nancy at social events. A good friend will be missed by many.

Please accept my deepest sympathies to your enitre family.  Bob and I were fraternity brothers at Washington University. We shared may happy times, including the fraternity luncheons in recent years.  Ted Likes

and later at the Men of Beaumont luncheons (MOB).  He will be sorely missed
