Robert "Bob" Anthony Green

Robert "Bob" Anthony Green, age 78, of the Fines Creek Community passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. Bob was born March 18, 1944 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Mark Milas and Dolly Campo Green.

Bob was a retired Engineer for Northrup Grumman Aerospace. He was the Past State president of the North Carolina Elk's Association. He was actively involved in the Elk's Lodge in Port St. Lucie, FL and Waynesville, NC.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Janet Boulton Green; daughters, Kelli (Michael) Moore, Traci Phillips, and Lori Green; brother, Frank Lee (Angela) Green; grandchildren, Michael Moore, Anthony Mark (Kimie) Green, Christopher (Nisha) Phillips, Cory Phillips, Casey Phillips, and Cami Phillips; great grandchild, Tulsi Green; and nephews, Mark, Frank Jr., and Erik Green.

Funeral services for Bob will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, October 10, 2022 at Garrett Funeral Home with the Reverend Jimmy Moore officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Monday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow services at Fines Creek Memorial Cemetery.

The family would like to express a thank you to Maggie Valley Nursing and Rehab, Fines Creek volunteer fire department, and Four Seasons Hospice for their wonderful care.
