She was born January 20, 1927 in Clarksburg, WV, a daughter of the late William Columbus Coffman and Verdie Swiger Coffman.
Her first husband, Charles Edward Gall is deceased. Her second husband, Middleton Ervin Duvall is also deceased.
She resided most of her life in Rosemont, West Virginia. She was a former member of the Middleville Baptist Church in Bridgeport, WV.
Mrs. Duvall was a homemaker. She raised her children on a family farm in West Virginia and enjoyed the smell of freshly cut hay.
Surviving are a son Randal K. Gall (Barbara) of Jefferson; a daughter, Debora Jean Cool (Edwin) of Fort Worth, TX; 7 grandchildren, Brenda, Rhonda, Kenneth Joseph, Daniel W., Britney, Megan, and Zach; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Deceased are two sons, Charles Edward Gall Jr. and Roy Kenneth Gall; a grandson, Charles Edward Gall III.; and 7 siblings, Emry, Arcy, Rose, Joe, Blanche, William, and Mary.
Friends will be received from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., the hour of a memorial service on Saturday, February 14, 2015 in Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Ave., Bridgeport, WV, followed by inurnment in Rosemont Cemetery, Flemington, WV. Condolences may be offered at www.behmfh.com .
