Neil Joseph Kennedy

Neil Joseph Kennedy, 57, of 1101 Reservoir Street, passed away June 18, 2016 at his residence. He was born March 26, 1959, a son of the late Hugh Wallace, Jr. and Phyllis Allard Kennedy. Survivors include a son, Ryan Kennedy of Waynesboro; a daughter, Megan Kennedy of Staunton; a brother, Sean Kennedy of Waynesboro; two sisters, Donna Fox of Grottoes and Lynn Glenn of Waynesboro. He also leaves his soul mate, Diana “Dee” Shaffer of Lyndhurst. Following cremation, the family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
