Ballard Calvin Robertson

He was born February 1, 1940, a son of the late Austin and Margaret (Coffey) Robertson.

Mr. Robertson was a graduate of the Class of 1958 from Wilson Memorial High School and retired after 38 years of service from the Waynesboro DuPont Co.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death his wife of 65 years, Malinda Ann Robertson; a brother, Roger Robertson; and a sister, Maxine Vaughan.

Survivors include a son, Robin Robertson and his wife, Sharon of Harrisonburg; a daughter, Shawn Robertson Callison of Fishersville; two grandchildren, Lindsay Callison Hinson and Clint Callison; two great-grandchildren, Dominik Callison and Taavi Callison Hinson.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 4, 2024 at Augusta Memorial Park, 1775 Goose Creek Road, Waynesboro with Pastor Allen George officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Scott Zinn, Chad Vaughan, Travis Dritto, David “Smurf” Campbell, Mike Green, Rick Pleasants, Clint Callison and Roger Lee Robertson.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St., Waynesboro on the day of the service.
