He left us peacefully on July 24th, 2024, at the age of 58, following a years-long battle with cancer. Jim was a father, brother, and beloved friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Preceded in death by his mother Nancy and father Jim Sr., Jim is survived by his daughter Jennifer, son Brandon, and loving brothers Tom (Stephanie) and Brian (Sherri). He had a remarkable gift for making friends and was known for his warm personality and ability to connect with anyone he met.
Jim's journey in sobriety was an inspiration to many. He proudly celebrated over 9 years of sobriety and was an active member of the PC Alano Club, where he offered support and encouragement to others on their own paths to recovery.
A passionate golfer, Jim spent countless hours on the golf course, enjoying the camaraderie and challenge of the game. He was also an avid supporter of Michigan State sports, always cheering on his alma mater.
