He was the owner of Jim’s Auto & Truck Repair in Blooming Grove where he loved working on cars. Todd spent his free time riding with his dirt bike club the Rambo Riders, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Todd is survived by his beloved partner Maureen Merchant, loving mother Susan Lemin and step-father Jim Kirkwood, cherished children Eric Kowalski (Samantha Houghtaling), Danny, Hunter, and Deanna Mateo, and Lauren Merchant. He is also survived by his caring siblings Dan Mott (Susan Mott), Ron Lemin, Scott Lemin, Jennifer Lemin, step-sisters Wendy Kirkwood and Kristine Kirkwood, by his nephews Ron Lemin Jr. and Ethyn Baynes, and nieces Daniella and Emma Stevens. Todd was predeceased by his father Robert Lemin, maternal grandparents Edith and Frank Mott, and sister-in-law Linda Lemin.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 11AM-3PM at David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North Street, Washingtonville, NY with a funeral service beginning at 2:30PM. Committal is private.
