Roberta "Bert" J. Miller of Campbell Hall, a Daycare Provider, entered into rest April 8, 2010 at Kaplan Family Hospice. She was 58.

The daughter of Arthur Leer and Wanda Hunsaker, she was born July 7, 1951 in Kansas City, MO.

Roberta was a wonderful and caring Daycare Provider who treated the children she cared for as her own. She loved cooking and was an avid reader. She was also affectionately known as Mimmie by her grandkids. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and Mimmie.

Survivors include her husband, Roger D. Miller of Campbell Hall; son, Chay and wife, Jana Miller of Arlington, TX; daughter, Natasha and husband, Tate Ferreira of New Windsor; brother, Mark and wife, Melissa Leer of Peterson, IA; sisters, Barbara and husband, Ieon Peterson of Holstien, IA and Sharon and husband, Craig Bell of Iowa Falls IA; grandchildren: Benjamin, Nathaniel and Gabriel Miller, Haley and Brody Ferreira; and many nieces and nephews and dearest friend, Linda Bernato.

A gathering of family and friends will be on Saturday, April 10, from 2-5 p.m. at the David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North St., Washingtonville. Cremation will be private.
