James M. Brady of New Windsor, NY passed away at home after a short illness, at the age of 86. James was born to Thomas and Catherine (King) Brady on April 23, 1937 in New York, NY. James was a police officer with the NYPD from 1960-1980.
Jimmy was person with high integrity. He always was dependable, honest and trustworthy. Jimmy always did the right thing, even behind closed doors. He respected all people and he always stood up for the truth. His heart was full of love and he was a very tolerant man and had great empathy with people. Jimmy was man of strong faith and he always walked closely with God.
James is survived by his loving wife Krystyna and by his cherished children James M. Brady (Jennifer) of Washingtonville, Joseph Brady of Monroe, Janie McKane (Owen) of Campbell Hal, adored grandchildren Emily, Bridget and Christine Brady, Joseph Brady and Rory and Connor McKane, great grandchildren Anthony and Madeline and his stepdaughters Alicja, Ewelina and Elizabeth.
James was predeceased by his loving first wife Carol Brady, in 2006. He is also predeceased by his brother Thomas Brady and his niece Kathleen Brady.
