He was born in Barrington, the son of the late Arduino and Francesca (Lama) Ferri.
Joseph worked as an auto body technician for 40 years at James Auto Body. He enjoyed boating, fishing, wood working, photography, and restoring antiques. He was also a communicant of Holy Angels Church.
He served in the Army Air Force during WWII and was a life member of Post 104 at the Warren American Legion.
Besides his wife, he leaves one son, Edward C. Ferri of Bradenton, FL, two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and three great-great-great grandchildren. He was father of the late Joseph J. Ferri, and brother to the late Mary Pezzullo, Angelina Miranda, Rose Peloquin, John Ferri, Anthony Ferri, and Agnes Chenette.
His Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 10:30 AM in Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main St, Warren. Visitation prior from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Burial with military honors will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 would be greatly appreciated.
