Vivian E. Hritz

Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph and Margaret Syracuse, Vivian took pride in her home and family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Giving by nature, Vivian gave consistently to a number of charities throughout her lifetime. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt, Vivian will be dearly missed.

Beloved wife of the late Ronald Hritz Sr. for over 50 years. Loving mom of Ronald (Kim) Hritz Jr., Thomas (Kerry) Hritz, Kenneth (Erica) Hritz. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother to several grandchildren. Caring sister of Elizabeth “Betty” Edwards, Margaret Poniatowski, and the late Joseph Syracuse. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, and Vivan’s beloved dog and best friend Niki.

Visitation Tuesday, March 7th from 2pm until 8pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren. Funeral service Wednesday, March 8th at 10am at A.H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren. Burial to take place at Christian Memorial Cultural Center in Rochester Hills. Memorial donations to Wounded Warriors, 4899 Belfort Road Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, are appreciated.
