James H. Ross

James proudly served in the United States Army for 2 years, stationed at Fort Bragg. After leaving the military, he moved to Detroit and started his job at Chrysler where he retired from 35 years later. As a devout Christian, he spent over 20 years as a parishioner at Faith Baptist Church. He was a sports fanatic and would watch any game that was playing, rooting especially for Detroit.

James is the beloved husband of 58 years to the late Connie L. Ross. The loving father of Teri Bayones and the late James Ross. Cherished grandfather of Joseph Bayones; great grandfather of Malachi, Michael, Jeremiah, Annalise, Jason, Felicity, and David; dear brother of the late John Ross.

A visitation for James will be held Monday, December 11, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, Michigan 48088. An instate will occur Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 10:30 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM at Faith Baptist Church, 34950 Little Mack Avenue, Clinton Township, Michigan 48035.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Alzheimer's Association would be deeply appreciated.
