Gertrudis F Byrd 86 (née Ulloa) beloved wife of the late Bobby Lee Byrd passed peacefully 9 October 2024. She is survived by her daughter Brenda Lee Johnson (husband Brian) and her son Robert P Byrd.
She was born in Managua, Nicaragua and met her husband Bobby in 1959 and moved to Baltimore. She was very proud of her country, but more importantly proud to be an American citizen. She loved and cherished her children. She was a devoted Catholic. She loved her flowers, plants and life.
Always with a smile and most positive attitude. Loved sports and a true Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan. She loved her grand fur babies. A supporter of Animal Welfare, St Jude, and Wounded Warriors. Though a very small family, the love we shared was enormous. The void in our hearts will last, until we meet again.
