William D. Surowiak, 62, of Oregon, died May 1, 2015 at St. Charles-Mercy Hospital. He was born in Toledo on September 12, 1952 to Stanley (Thelma Lind) Surowiak. Bill was employed as a floor tech with Heartland of Perrysburg. He is survived by his daughter Wendy Surowiak, Granddaughter Dekoada Clawson, significant other Tess L. Wick, step-children: Angie Campbell and Trisha Wick, step grandchildren Lyle Campbell and Kai Willcut, sister Nancy (Jim) Clapsaddle.
Friends will be received in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio (419-666-3121) from 11-1 Thursday May 7, 2015 with the funeral to follow at 1 PM. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park.
