Ella managed several businesses in the West Columbia and Gaston areas. She loved reading and writing books. She enjoyed watching cooking shows and loved to cook for her family. Ella took care of everyone, especially her family.
She is survived by her son, Lee Ruffin; daughters, Keesha Ruffin and Taisha Ruffin; grandchildren: Brandon Hollaway, Terrell Ruffin, Tye-quel Ruffin, Jeremiah Harley, Kayelanie Hayes, Danisha Maniza, Deasia Maniza, Jayden Harley, and Mckenzie Hammonds; great-grandchildren: Kambrie Hollaway, De-shaun Harley, and Zuhri Ruffin; sister, Harriett Clutter; and brother, John Jones.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Shaquana Ruffin; son, Brandon Ruffin; and brothers, George Jones, Jr. and Edward Jones.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home – West Columbia Chapel, 820 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170, with visitation to follow.
