Ann T. Craddock

Ann was born in Charleston, SC to Oswald Augustus Taylor and Myrtle Slawson Taylor. She moved to West Columbia where she has lived for the past 54 years. Ann was a selfless and humble person who was dedicated to following Christ. She enjoyed quietly serving others including her husband, Francis, of 54 years, as well as her three daughters and eight grandchildren. Before retiring, Ann worked as an administrative assistant at various South Carolina state agencies. She also spent time volunteering at church and Meals on Wheels.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ronald Taylor and Otis Taylor; and daughter, Melissa Means (Brad).

She is survived by her husband, Francis; daughters, Beth Davis (Lance) and Ashley Smith (Corey); grandchildren: Silas Means, Maris Means, Lily Means, Addison Davis, Lincoln Davis, Brennan Davis, Jack Smith and Grayson Smith; and sister, Jean Lofton.

Visitation will be held for Ann from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Trinity Baptist Church, 2003 Charleston Hwy, Cayce, SC 29033, with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 1:00 PM. A burial will take place after the services at Celestial Memorial Gardens, 3111 Delree St, West Columbia, SC 29170.
