Rose was a vibrant, loyal and loving mother, friend, neighbor and Sunday school teacher. As an entrepreneur, she started and sold two successful businesses, was a top selling real estate agent, and held several administrative positions. However, she will be most remembered for her kind generosity and willingness to help anyone at any time regardless of what was needed. She made a genuine difference in the lives of the people she touched. Her cooking and bread baking skills were legendary and there was always room for one more at her table. To her family and to so many others, she was truly a “Rose”.
Rose is survived by her 3 children Virginia Joyce (FL), Wayne Bromley (CO), and Dan Bromley (OK), step-children Kathy Gruden (OR), David Herum (CA), seven grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Newell Herum, her parents Alex and Bessie Kadinger, and 2 brothers and one sister.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm, Saturday January 19, 2019, at Christ Lutheran Church on 3830 W. Tulare Ave., Visalia, CA.
