the Open Arms Hospice Home in Visalia, at the age of 81. She was born on November 19, 1941 in
Visalia, California to Naomi & Irving Alberts. She is preceded in death by both of her parents, and her husband Jerry. She leaves behind her two sons, Mark & Phillip Rhodes, along with the wives Sandy and Nicole, her 3 granddaughters, as well as sister Janie Alberts. Patricia was raised in Visalia and graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in 1959. She attended COS for some time before getting a job with the county. During this time she met, and fell in love with the love of her life, Jerry Rhodes. They married on May 1, 1965. She continued working for the county until her first son, Mark was born in August 1968. She became a stay at home, and later gave birth to her second son, Phillip in May 1971. She was very involved in both her sons’ education by volunteering at the school, and being part of the PTA. When her boys were old enough to be left alone after school, she went back to work as a Teachers Aide for Visalia Unified School District, where she worked for over 20 years. She worked at both Redwood and Golden West High Schools, and loved working with the High school students, teachers, and staff. Patricia was a very social person. She loved her friends, Bunco parties,family gatherings, and neighborhood barbeques. She loved talking and visiting with friends, and neighbors, and all those she loved. With the passing of her husband Jerry of over 57 years of marriage in September of 2022, her Romeo and Juliet love story came to an end which brought the passing of her life on November 23,2022.
