Lorraine Frances Gossner, 81, passed away in Norfolk on Wednesday, January 03, 2018.Lorraine was born in the Bronx, NYC to the late Francis and Anna Sarandrea. She was an avid Yankees fan her entire life, but family was her priority. As the wife of a career naval officer, she held down the fort for many devoted years, and was always there for her family and friends near and far. She was an active member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and Order of Sons of Italy in America, Roma Lodge. She is survived by her husband of 57 faithful years, John, their daughter Patty, son John (wife Virginia), grandchildren Reilly Gossner, Juliette Butler (husband Dave), and great granddaughter Emma Louise.
There will be a visitation from 4-8pm, Monday January 8, 2018 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. There will be a funeral mass starting at 10am on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
