James Henry Westbrook, 80, passed away on March 9, 2013.
Mr. Westbrook was born in Onslow County, NC and retired from the U.S. Navy after twenty years of service. He was a Viet Nam Veteran and retired as a bridge operator at the Jordan Bridge after twenty years of service.
Survivors include his loving wife Siddie Jane Westbrook, four children, James L. Westbrook and wife, Wanda Faye, Scotty Allen Westbrook and wife Mary, Teresa Ann Cole and husband George and Bobby Glenn Westbrook and wife Judy; three grandchildren Samantha Robb, Bobbie Westbrook and David Bradley Salter; two sisters Ernestine Griffith and Onita Perry.
A celebration of Mr. Westbrook's life will be held on March 14, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Friends may offer condolences at www.smithandwilliamskempsville.com
