David Clayton Montgomery

David Clayton Montgomery, 29, formerly of Virginia Beach, passed away on October 16, 2010 in Washington, DC. David was born in Norfolk, Va. He graduated from Tallwood High School, Class of 1999 and received his associate’s degree from ECPI. He was employed with Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC as a Bio Med Technician. David was preceded in death by his a brother, Fred S. Montgomery, Jr., on November 17, 1979, a maternal grandfather, George S. Morris and a cousin, Athena Grace Butcher on October 3, 2010 Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Alexandra Santos Montgomery, a daughter, Julia Santos Montgomery, his mother, Teri Montgomery, his father, Fred S. Montgomery and wife Nan, a sister, Katherine Grace Montgomery, maternal grandmother, Bernice Morris, paternal grandfather, John H. Montgomery, maternal aunt, Linda Ponder, maternal uncle Michael Ponder, paternal uncle, John S. Montgomery and (Lexi), Elisa Aaron and Chris Fowler, father in law, Edvaldo de Jesus Santos, mother in law, Josefa Maria dos Santos, two sisters in law, Eliana de Jesus Santos and Elaine de Jesus Santos, cousins, Trisha Masters, Nolan Masters, Lainie Masters, Brian Ponder, Michael Montgomery, Veronica Montgomery, Stephanie Butrim and Jessica Montgomery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 21, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home where a celebration of David's life will be held on Friday, October 22, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
