Charles Patrick Ford, Sr.

Virginia Beach - Charles P. Ford, Sr., 91, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 3, 2015. He was born Jan. 8, 1923 in Westernport, Maryland. Charlie was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Mae Ford. He was a veteran of World War II. Charlie retired from Yoder’s Diary after 38 years. He had a kind spirit and he will be greatly missed. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Charles “Pat” Ford Jr. and his wife Debbie, Bill Ford and his wife Ida, and Debi McDaniel and her husband Chris; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and his special friend, Barbara Tomasik. The family would like to thank the staff of Heritage Hall and family and friends that helped in Charlie’s care. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tues., Jan. 6, 2015, at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home.
