He was friend and a Brother, we always laughed. The C17 program was lucky to have an Mechanic. We made work fun. He always had people around him. He gave good advice. Will never forget you Judge. I will always have a sweet potato pie with your name on it.

Bill, one of my first ideas of a father. My dad set me straight on who my father really was, but you was the in house father (Lol). You always had a joke on deck. From clowning me about getting bit by the same dog three times, to calling me BooBoo in front of everybody at day camp (only my mom called me that), to hiding my bike and making think it was stolen, or making me get out of the car to walk the last block home to teach me a lesson, you were a one of a kind person I grew to respect tremendously. You are and will be sorely missed. Thanks for everything you've done for everyone. "Best Step-Dad Ever!!!?!" Lol.

10-23-1985  4 weeks later somebody stole your fasteners and I helped you finish your tray.if you didn't finish you wojld have been fired. From that day on you had my back like my brother. 30 plus years of friendship. I got my first cellphone from one of your hustles. Your were always the voice of reason when I just needed to talk. Rest well my brother you be missed Boats 

Mr William Judge, words can’t express how much you will be missed 😥you are one of my favorite people in the word! So Sorry to hear the passing of my friend.
Bill and I became friends while working at McDonald Douglas Aircraft and later was part of an RV group, (what fun we all had).

I remember this evening like it was yesterday.  It was a cold night in Virginia but William insisted on taking a stroll near the water!  William was my friend for about 30 years or more.  I learned so much from him when we worked together on the MD-11 at McDonnell Douglass.  William was a great friend .  William loved his family to infinity and beyond!

Thank you for letting us know that Bill had passed.I have no words to ease the grieving  process for his Children and Other Relatives.Just thankful that after 40 years we got to see him in 2021 (Aunt Fredie Mae Westmoreland(Judge),Lucille Westmoreland(Lawson),Kim & Cheri Westmoreland(Sowell)and Lawrence Westmoreland Cousins.Billy as we called him was a stand up Cousin true to himself,Children & Grandchildren.He laughed when i told him(YOU ARE A MAN OF MEN),so to his Children thank you for sharing your home and good food.He will always have a place in our hearts for Billy was My Little COUSIN.Our Deepest Sympathy Nathan D Westmoreland Sr

There are no words to express the heartache and the loss of my good friend, whom I love dearly. He was a true friend that was always caring about my well-being. We could talk about anything, and we did. I am so fortunate to have had him as my true friend. I thank, the Lord for giving me such a wonderful, true friend. We met at Boeing in 2003
Not friends at first but soon will be.
We ate at lunchtime everyday Watching Maury and Jerry, how horrible people play. 
I met Amber and Mike your loving children 
You loved them much 3 x a zillion. 
Your son Phillip, you talked about often 
I hope to meet him before I'm forgotten. 
Our time at Boeing was drawing near 
I left before you, by 2 years.
Wasn't sure if our friendship would last after Boeing
But you said "COME UP" our friendship can keep growing. 
We fished and fished but caught one one
It really didn't matter because we had fun.
What really upset us the most
When we fished at a hatchery but all fish were ghost.
I cherished our friendship until the end
I will always remember, BILL MY BEST FRIEND.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Bills passing. I hired into McDonnell Douglas with Bill back in 1985. We had the same hire date and went to the training school together. I knew and was friends with him for the entire time we worked there. He had a quick wit and great laugh and smile... Someone so special can never be forgotten...    Scott G.

To the family of William Judge.   I'm lost for words but just know.. God said "Job well done William."  I know that Bill loved his family to infinity and beyond.  Bill was always the same...never changed...never had to guess where he was coming from.  He was a true friend, so kind to probably everyone he came in contact with.  Bill was a very hard and dedicated worker.  I could go on & on.  I am praying for comfort and peace for the family.   Remember the great times...I know he made beautiful memories.  Rest assured, Bill is in heaven cracking jokes, trying to help somebody or fixing something amongst so many other positive things.  William Judge is a legacy.
