Leticia Melinda Johnston

Leticia graduated from Victoria High School in 1982 and attended Victoria College. She worked for Vickers Elementary for 13 years. Leticia was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, aunt, sister-in-law, niece, cousin and a true friend whose laughter will be missed dearly by all.

She is survived by her mother, Susie Rodriguez; her husband of 28 years, David Wayne Johnston; daughter, Meagan Teal Cunningham (Sean); son, David Travis Johnston; granddaughter, Keslynn Teal Cunningham of Victoria; sisters, Violet Estrello (Pam) of Garland, TX, Melissa Butler (Tim) of Flour Bluff, TX; brothers, Herbert Rodriguez (Lydia) of Seadrift, TX, Hector Ruben Rodriguez (Mary Jane) of Victoria and Rey Rodriguez of Victoria; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Leticia was preceded in death by her father, and grandparents Jose and Elida Arredondo.

A rosary will be recited at 7 PM, Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Rosewood Funeral Chapel.

The funeral mass will be 10 AM on Friday, April 25, 2014 at Holy Family Catholic Church.

Pallbearers will be Herbert Rodriquez, Ruben Rodriquez, Rey Rodriquez, Tim Butler, Patrick Johnston and Robert Johnston.
