Jose Perez Jr.

Jose was born in Wharton Tx to his parents Jose & Regina Perez. He joined the Air Force then soon met his wife of almost 50 years. Jose was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows church and kept his faith strong throughout his life. Jose had a love for reading, and he read at least one book every day. Throughout his life, Jose worked as a truck driver and retired from Patterson Drilling Company.

Jose is survived by his daughters, Simona Montana, Alice Garza (Rick), Angelita Latapie and Monica Adame; son, Juan Jesus Maldonado (Dolores); brothers, Steven Perez and Adrian Perez; sisters, Sulema Ramirez, Luisa Garza, Stephanie Fonseca, Guadalupe Lopez and Matilda Perez.

Jose was preceded in death by his wife, Eudosia L. Perez; father, Jose Perez, Sr.; mother, Regina Perez; brothers, Johnny Perez and Alfred Perez; and sister, Rosemary Saldana.

A rosary for Jose will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 8:15 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, followed by a funeral mass at 9:00 AM.

Jose will be remembered for his kindness and soft spirit.
