Growing up Cyndee Miller was an active child who enjoyed sports and twirling. She attended Calallen High School, graduating in 1983. Cyndee was a part of the twirling team and played catcher for her high school softball team.
Family and friends were Cyndee’s passion and delight. Cyndee was a very loving mother to her daughter, Hailey Miller. She and Hailey shared so many memories together. The two would spend weekends either on school trips or supporting Hailey in competitive cheer. Cyndee always cared for her friends making significant time for those she cared most about. Anywhere you found Cyndee, she always had a contagious smile and a loving hand. Cyndee was an active member of Parkway Church in Victoria.
Professionally, Cyndee was the office manager and para-planner for Sather Financial Group. During her 19-year tenure with the firm it grew from a start-up to one of the top investment advisory firms in nation receiving repeated recognition from the Financial Times.
Cyndee loved the firm’s clients—her extended family. Her tenacity and demanding standards helped everyone to understand there was “one way”, the “right way”…..Cyndee’s way.
Cyndee is survived by her mother, Bobbie Lee; brothers Bucky Lee and Jed Arthur; daughter, Hailey Miller and two pets, Daisy and Sadie.
A memorial service will be Saturday January 5, 2019 at 1pm at Parkway Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Adopt-A-Pet of Victoria or the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent.
