Passed away suddenly on April 24, 2019 in his home.
A lifelong resident of Victoria, Paul is survived by his wife Deashi and three children, Jasmin, Jesse, and Jared. His funeral service will be held at noon on Sunday April 28, 2019 at First Memorial Funeral Services (4275 Falaise Dr., Victoria, BC, V8Y 1B4).
