It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful father, grandfather, brother and friend. After a short and courageous battle with cancer, Lucien passed Friday July 16th at home with his loving daughters Suzanne and Nicole and sister Yvette by his side.
Predeceased by his parents Jean and Lucienne, sister Roseanne and brother Julien. He is survived by his children Michelle, Suzanne , Nicole ( Rune), Maurice (Ivana), grandchildren Jett, Elle, Hans and Sophia, brother Amie, sisters Annette, Yvette, Monique. As well as many nieces and nephews and extended family and life long friends.
Born in Rose Valley Saskatchewan, Lucien and his family moved to Port Alberni in the 1940,s where he later married and started his own family, in the late 1980,s Lucien moved his family to Victoria where he spent the rest of his years. Lucien will always be remembered for being such a loving and caring soul and always willing to lend an open hand to those he met. His passion for hunting and fishing and amazing dancing skills will never be forgotten.
