Helen was born in Sudbury, Ontario to her parents Charles and Isobel.
Helen was a fun, and loving woman, with an incredible sense of humor. She enjoyed her winters, which she spent with her husband Fritz, and her friends, down in Florida soaking up the sun. She loved her family, and her friends, and was always happy to be laughing with them and finding joy in life. Helen is loved, and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
She is predeceased by her husband Francis, her Son Kevin Ambler, and her daughter Donna Ambler.
Helen is survived by her Daughters Wendy Toth (Denes), and Sheril Tidd (Nelson), her son Tom Ambler, and her grandchildren Miranda Toth, Celina Toth, Tammy Miglioranza, Blair Suave, and Anastasia Zubrod, and her great grandchildren, Ava, Maddie, Sloan, Jeremiah, and Zelaigh.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Helen at a later date.
