Harold William Stewart

Harold William Stewart, 91 of Sidney, Ohio, passed away on Thursday May 2, 2024 at Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Troy, Ohio. Harold was born October 12, 1932 in Piqua, Ohio, the son of the late George Franklin and Florence L. (Joliff) Stewart.

Harold served in the United States Army during the Korean War and worked for 51 years at Crane Pumps.

Harold was a member of the VFW, Eagles and enjoyed gardening.

Harold is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Barbara Stewart; his sons, William Harold Stewart and Jimmy Earl Stewart; his brothers, George, Robert, Jack, and Don Stewart; and his sister, Mary Wright.

Harold is survived by his children, Rebecca Stewart, Larry Stewart, and Cathy Levering; his grandchildren, Stephanie Stewart, Tabitha Kohler, Blair Jones, and Adam Stewart; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Hurst, Emily Varady, Bryce, Bentley, and Braden Kohler, Ashton Jones; and his great great grandchildren, Alex Hurst, and Waylon Kohler.

A graveside service with Military Honors will be conducted by the Versailles Veterans Honor Guard on Tuesday May 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio with Pastor Ed Sullenbarger officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, Ohio.
