Christine was born on June 26th 1973 in Victoria, BC and moved with her family to Campbell River in 1976 where she resided until 1978 when they moved to Vernon. Christine attended and graduated from Clarence Fulton Secondary school in June of 1992.
Christine loved to do puzzles and seemed to always have one on the go. She enjoyed watching Dancing with the stars, American Idol and X factor and excelled at trivia shows and games. She also often went on shopping trips to the mall with her friends and family. Christine was an avid lover of the outdoors and often sought to surround herself with nature.
Christine will be remembered as a passionate and devoted mother who would do anything for her children. Christine was a strong and determined woman who always had a smile on her face and the best outlook on life. Her will to live and keep fighting has been an inspiration to all of us and has taught us to take life by the horns and never give up.
Christine will be greatly missed by her two amazing daughters, Willow and Celeste, life long friend and father to her children Justin, parents Marilyn (Al) and James and Bev, sisters Deborah, Tammy (Doug), Caroline (Brett), life long friend Bobbie (Laurier) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends she made throughout her life.
Christine's family would like to give a huge thanks to all the staff at Polson Extended care who looked after her throughout the years for all of the love they gave to her. They would also like to give a big thanks to Dr. Dave Arnold who treated her with immense compassion and care.
A celebration of Christine's life will be held at a later time. Memorial donations can be made to the MS Society of Canada online at www.mssociety.ca
