Margarete Anna Albanese, a 35 year resident of Ventura, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014. She was 86 years old and is survived by her three children and seven grandchildren.
"Margie" was the fifth of six children born to Franceska and Johannes Koerner in Linz, Austria. Shortly after meeting and marrying Joe Albanese, the love of her life, Margie left Austria to establish her permanent home in the United States.
In acknowledgment of her deep faith and Christian values, Margie now celebrates her joyful reunion with Joe in the presence of THE LORD.
