Gail Ann Robinson

Gail Ann Robinson, age 66, died after a courageous struggle with breast cancer on Thursday, September 20, 2018 in her home in Ventura, CA. She was born on October 23, 1951 in Fillmore, CA to Patricia Colleen and Arthur Mason Carter II. Gail attended Fillmore High School and graduated in 1969. She worked for the Ventura Unified School District for 35 years and was particularly known for her love of her grandchildren and gardening. She was an avid supporter of breast cancer awareness and regularly participated in Relay for Life. Gail is survived by her son Loren Caine Robinson, daughter Tera Colleen Smithson, her mother Patricia Bodde, her brother Arthur Mason Carter III, her sister Sandra Real, her four grandchildren, Zachary, Sage, Courtney, and Otto, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 29 at 1:30pm, at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura, CA, with a reception to follow at Poinsettia Pavilion.
